Craig Kitch began his professional life as a broadcaster, where he learned the power of the spoken word. He took those skills with him into the hospitality industry where he had a very successful career for over 20 years. Working in management, Craig developed the skills necessary to pull teams of people together and lead them to accomplish ambitious goals. He eventually became a “turn around specialist”, using those skills to remedy problematic hotels.

Today Craig runs his own business, Craig Kitch and Associates, and is dedicated to improving the lives of managers. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Nashville Hotel and Lodging Association and he is past President of the National Speakers Association of Tennessee. He is also an elected official, serving on the City Commission of Kingston Springs, TN where he resides with his wife.

Through his energetic and engaging workshops, he shares the secrets of developing teams to achieve a common goal and challenging them to win. From the practical processes of hiring, training and motivating your staff, to the power you gain controlling your mind, will and emotions, your people will learn success principles that work. The most successful managers are leaders who have learned to effectively communicate a vision for their team while honoring the individuality of each player.

Craig's dynamic personality and engaging speaking style will leave you fired up and ready to pursue your work with a new level of enthusiasm and commitment.

“I want to thank you for the terrific day of team building. We all agree that we left that workshop with a deeper understanding of our work and task styles as well as that of our teammates. You maintained a safe environment for all to share and be honest. The team is still buzzing about it a full week later. As a result of this 6-hour investment from each of us, we believe that we will have a more effective working relationship in the coming year."
- Dennis Barber, General Manager Residence Inn by Marriott
